Gov Sule Setting Precedence In Financial Management – Engr Wada

By David Dari,  Keffi
Engr. Yahaya Wada has said that Nasarawa state Governor,  Engr Abdullahi Sule is setting precedence in prudent financial management in the state which he said has already attracted the attention of global financial institutions.
Wada, who was Commissioner for Works and Housing in the past administration in the state,  noted that rather than channel the state resources into the pockets of few political patrons, Governor Sule has decided to make the state’s resources work for the people.
He saidsaid: “You see business as usual is what kills our progress. We must make a difference. We must not say that this is how it used to be. There is no point if you cannot make it better. But in making things better we must face challenges”.
“I maintain that Governor Sule is setting new precedence in financial management and needs our collective support. I always say it that in government in my own assessment you have the option of either working for the generality or working against the generality”.
