Leadership of the All Progressive Congress (APC)in Nasarawa Western Zone of Nasarawa State have reaffirmed their determinations with Orth to support and work  earnestly for the re-election  of Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa  state for the second term  come 2023 general elections.

 Senator Abdullahi Adamu (APC Nasarawa West) who is the leader of the party in the zone gave the assurance  during the Zonal stakeholders meeting of the party  that took place at the state Governments lodge GRA Keffi  during the weekend.

He stated that based on the remarkable performances of the Governor and the need for him to have more space and opportunities to consolidates on the various achievements he has recorded and also breaks new ground for the general  wellbeings and development of the state, the zone decided to re-endorse his reelection..

“Based on the remarkable and encouraging performances of the Governor which are all glaring and the high expectations that he  has the good intentions to do more, the Nasarawa Western  zone  of the APC has therefore decided to give him another  chance to prove  his worth. On this note I want to believe that virtually all of us here are Muslims and christians as such this is the second time that all of us are agreeing to re elect Engineering A A Sule, but this time around best own our faith let us proclaim it with Orth to enable us move forward” Senator Adamu stressed. 
The Eyewitness revealed that all the APC stakeholders who graced the occasion which includes Sen. Abubakar Sodengi, Dr. John Mamman Waje, Speaker of the state Assembly,Hon. Jonathan Gaza,Barr. Labaran Shaibu Magaji, Alhaji Aliyu Hassan Iyal, Hon. Samuel Agye, All the members of the state Assembly,  some commissioners and the five APC LGCS caretaker Chairmen from the zone among others willingly stood up on their feet and took the said orth.

Adamu who is the first civilian Governor of Nasarawa State therefore solicited for the continued support and cooperations from the people of the zone for the Governor to be able to do more especially that he has two more years  to  complete  his first mandate given to him by the people of the state. 

The Lawmaker further solicited for the support of the people to the leadership of the party in the state and in the various levels, saying that they always need to be encouraged  to do thier best in working for the general development of the party. 

While expressing the optimism that the APC would  continue to wax stronger  given the various  achievements in the state, he stated that the recent decampmemt of Hon Jonathan  Gaza a member of the house of Representatives and two members of the state’s House of  Assembly is good omen to the party.

Senator  Adamu  who is also the Turaki Keffi then gave the list of leaders to be entrusted with the affairs  of the party in the five local government areas that made up the constituency to includes,Senator  Abubakar  Danso Nasarawa, the  speaker of the state’s House of Assembly  ToTo LG, the Acting Chairman  of the party  Mr John Mamman Kokona  while the Zonal  chairman  Alhaji Iyal Hassan  and the State’s Commissioner for works and Housing  Mr Philip Dada  are to take care  of keffi and Karu local government areas respectively. 

He therefore  enjoined  them to do their best in  further  unifying  the party  to enable it retain it’s popularity and winning streak  especially that the local government elections are just around the corner in the State and what the party is looking for is an absolute and remarkable victory. 

On their  parts  as the elected representatives of the people,Senator Adamu  assured  that they would  continue  to play the expected  roles in providing the needed  quality  representation  in thier various  stations of duties as well as providing the needed dividends of democracy to the best of their  abilities. 
Also speaking at the occasion the state’s APC caretaker Chairman Dr John Mamman Waje said” As you can see this meeting is strictly for APC stakeholders from Nasarawa West Senatorial Zone and the credibility of the personalities that are here is a thing of joy. The mementos that APC is gathering in this zone is highly commendable and at the moment we have the likes of Hon. Jonathan Gaza a member of the House of Representative for keffi,karu, Kokona Federal Constituency who joined us from PDP and many others and we are optimistic that many others will soon join us as well”.
He further urged APC stakeholders and faithful members to conduct themselves maturely to enable them comes out of the forthcoming party’s congresses and the state’s Local Government Councils election victoriously saying that one major ingredients that would help them in the said gesture would be patient and to tolerate one another.
